CasaGoGo provides a real estate showcase of property for sale on the Spanish Costa Blanca. The entire property list is updated and randomised daily with the latest properties from each agent, providing them with rapid marketing, and visitors with a constant turnover of choice.
Prices are listed in euros, and automatically converted to £ GBP using currency exchange data supplied by the European Central Bank and updated twice daily. The website also contains a stand-alone Currency Converter loaded with all major currencies, and a simple Mortgage Calculator.
Individual property listings contain a mobile-aware full-screen image gallery, Google map, property description, enquiry form, “tell a friend” form, A4 window-card printout generator with inbuilt QR code, and convenient links to other properties in the same town, or from the same agent.
CasaGoGo includes a directory of local estate agents (which each can edit themselves), and lists their contact details, web links, location and other information. Agents’ listings can be browsed by town, providing buyers with a handy way to organise house-hunting visits to a particular area.
The site was designed from the ground-up for the mobile user, making it tap and touch friendly, and as easy to navigate as possible. The property search form includes a number of easy-to-use dropdown selectors for the property features, and a handy value slider to set the desired price range.
